As reported by Panos:

Scrolling is very janky and snapping in the wrong place in both macOS nightly (where it reminds me of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1568098), and Fenix-Fennec. Fenix Nightly seems a little better however and Windows/Linux nightlies seem just too slow to scroll this page.

Chrome (mac/android) and Safari don't have the same issue.

I can reproduce on MacOS and Windows, and Firefox Nightly 74.0a1 (2020-01-28).

There is better scrolling experience in Chrome on Windows 10, but there are some elements missing from the page, elements that on FF scroll within a static image.

So yeah... Firefox scroll's not so great, but the experience is awesome, whereas on Chrome, is just a static page that scrolls fine.
