1608426 - Add option to have search engine list box not wrap when selecting search engine by keyboard

Up to Firefox v60, when keeping +<ARROW UP/DOWN> pressed, search engine selection stopped at the beginning and end of the search engine list.

In newer versions of Firefox the list is wrapping.

Can you please add a configuration setting to stop this list from wrapping?

I understand that you were used to the previous behaviour however its a standard component behaviour that has been changed and a relatively minor issue to maintain the complexity of an option to add, hopefully your muscle memory gets used to the new behaviour quickly, cheers for the report
