160843 - remove obsolete files in xpfe/browser

the following files all seem to be not used (anymore):
src/navigator-test1.xul (last real change in 2000 or 1999; referenced in a
MANIFEST file in the same directory!?)
resources/content/fastnav.* (seem to have never been modified since initial add
in last year. no other files reference these two files)

I suggest that they'Re removed.


cc'ing initial owners of these files for opinions. is it ok to remove them?

hm ok, can't cc the author of -test1.xul due to lack of a bugzilla account
(evaughan) :)
