Steps to reproduce:
Go to the ::part() article on MDN web docs and view "Result" section
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/::part#Result
Actual results:
"Tab 1", "Tab 2" and "Tab 3" are initially shown in blue with a blue bottom border
Expected results:
Only "Tab 1" is initially shown in blue with a blue bottom border
"Tab 2" and "Tab 3" are initially shown in grey with no border
