We should add devtools actions for pocket to trigger:
Expire cache
Refresh cache
system tick
idle daily
sync remote settings

To test, I suspect making sure the devtools loads the new action buttons is probably enough.

1. Set browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.asrouter.devtoolsEnabled to true
2. navigate to about:home#devtools-ds

Expected: You should see new buttons for triggering certain actions. The buttons do trigger the actions, but there isn't a whole lot that we're using them for so the fact they are there is probably enough for now.

I have verified that the following buttons are displayed in the "about:home#devtools-ds" page:

• Restore Pref Defaults
• Refresh Cache
• Expire Cache
• Trigger System Tick
• Trigger Idle Daily
• Sync Remote Settings

Verified using latest Firefox Nightly (74.0a1 Build ID - 20200113204142) installed, on Windows 10 x64, Ubuntu 18.04 x64 and Mac 10.15.2.
