Even putting this behind a preference is unlikely to happen (bug 1361838, comment 2). Making it default would definitely not happen. If you insist, you can reopen this so it'll be closed as Wontfix instead. Alternatively, if you meant you'd like to password-protect the profile, it'll be closed as a duplicate of bug 16489 instead.
