After moving docs around , docs for managing docs are also got missed to fix

For example

New docs for managing docs relies here https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/tools/moztreedocs/index.html

We need to move the rest of the docs in same directory for e.g https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/tools/docs/docs
