User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:72.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/72.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Launch Firefox
- Click hyperlink from non-Firefox window
Actual results:
Link opens outside of a container. I have to right-click to reopen the tab in a Container Tab.
Expected results:
Set a window to use a default Container Tab type (e.g. Personal, Work, Banking, Shopping). All links that open in that window will default to the Container Tab type of that window.
For example, if I click a link from Thunderbird and my last active window was a default Work window, that tab is opened in a Work container. Same thing if I press Ctrl+T to open a new tab from a window with a default Container Tab.
My current workflow is annoying because I am constantly opening and reopening tabs inside of Container Tabs. It lowers my incentive to use Container Tabs because I always have to open a link once, and then reopen it in a Container Tab, assuming the link doesn't redirect me to something like an authentication portal outside of the Container Tab (before I can get to the "Reopen in Container Tab" menu).
