I have verified that the new strings were added on the "https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/components/newtab/docs/v2-system-addon/geo_locale.md" page. Verified with the latest Firefox Nightly (74.0a1 Build ID - 20200119213718) installed on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.15.2, and Ubuntu 18.04 x64.
