Attachment: Bug 1609541 - Fix intermittent on browser_inspector_menu-06-other. r=rcaliman.

In Bug 1609345, we fix an issue with the inspect
command in the split console, to always select
the inspected node in the inspector.
In the test, the inspect command was done before
another test, which means it could trigger a node
selection and make some assertions fail.
The quickest fix is to move the function where we
call the inspect command to the bottom of the test
so it doesn't impact anything.
