In bug 1606081, it seems as if an auxiliary animation that occurs during some tab switches (fading the dropmarker in and out) was adding noise to the TART tests frame recording.
It'd be great if we could somehow filter out unrelated frames from the recording, or if we could make it clearer to devs down the line when a new animation has started to add noise to TART.
