Attempt to bisect firefox last good build 2018-03-19, first broken build 2018-03-20

Expected results:
mozregression finds and runs builds

Actual results:

Followed by eventual error message "Unable to find enough data to bisect"

We only have data for taskcluster builds back one year (Thanks :Aryx for helping me find this):

https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/e076e40ab1290f4e5e67ebd21dc8af753fc05be6/.taskcluster.yml#63-65

We should not look for builds this old, instead we should just fail out with the best regression range we can get.
