Fenix Nightly doesn't request camera in chatroulette.com

Reproduce steps:

  • go to chatroulette.com
  • click "Grant access to camera and microphone"
    Expected:
    system UI for granting camera and microphone permissions to Fenix app
    Actual:
    Only permission for microphone shows

P.S. the gUM test page [1] behaves as expected, although it doesn't show the device selection UI and the back camera is selected automatically.
