Prints only what you see in the browser window (only part of the page), instead
printing all page.

This is not the case, mine prints the entire document, but on 3 pages. The
printing does not even know about the screen size.
There is another bug logged against this that the document is printed across
multiple pages. This has something to do with tables..
It may manifest itself differently on different printers.
