For a week or two now when I restart to apply an update or just start Firefox often one of my restored tabs will fail to load with a "Server not found" error. Clicking the retry button loads it just fine. My network is definitely connected when this happens.

I managed to capture this with http logging enabled, attached is the log from the process that seemed to be doing the load but I have the other log files if needed. The url that the tab was loading was https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Debugging/HTTP_logging and it was the foreground tab, I think it sometimes happens for background pinned tabs too though.

Given the error is NS_ERROR_UNKNOWN_HOST, cc Valentin in case it's DoH related.

Definitely a dupe. I have logs in the other bug and it's reproducible... currently working on it.
