right now it is nice to know the confidence. for intermittent, it would be nice to know:

1. did we match the testname and failure type
2. did we patch the platform/config
3. frequency of the failure (using orange factor data maybe?)

for fixed by commit, I would like to know:

1. did we match the testname and failure type
2. did we patch the platform/config
3. revision or bug that fixed this
4. date of revision (vs date of parent revision)

I assume mouseover would yield best UI, but there are probably other great ideas.
