Seems like after the test times out we try to reload the harness page and fail. This produces a critical error, even though we recover from it.

There was also an upstream patch that reduces the log level from critical here, so it may be possible to re-enable this test once that's landed.

I tried re-enabling it and it didn't go well. So I suppose that it's necessary to actually figure out the underlying issue ;)
