I can say that every ~10 minutes I get some visual artifacts like this one, not only on new tab page.

Firefox 68 (compiled) and firefox-bin 71 on Gentoo i686
dev-libs/wayland 1.17.0
gui-wm/sway 1.2

Now I started with MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 and no problem.

You should see "Resolve as" next to the "Save Changes" button. Otherwise, "Edit bug" at the top right. Set status to RESOLVED and the resolution to something appropriate.
