Steps:

1. Launch Firefox with a new profile and access https://www.twitch.tv/
2. Click on the Log in button.
3. Enter a username, a password and click Log In.
4. DO NOT select any option from the save doorhanger and complete the verification puzzle.
5. Click on the "key" from the address bar in order to open the save doorhanger and click the Save button.
6. In the "Log in to Twitch" window delete the credentials from the username and passsword fields then click in the empty username field.

Actual result:

The autocomplete drop-down is NOT displayed.

Expected result:

The autocomplete drop-down should be displayed, like in the password field.

Regression Range:

This is not a recent regression. The issue is reproducible in Fx70 as well. Most likely site change issue, due to the newly added security check.

This is "expected" behaviour… we only mark username fields for login autocomplete upon filling a form but in the video I think the <input> is used after the login was added. We should fix this at some point but it's not a new issue.
