User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:72.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/72.0
Steps to reproduce:
Put FF on the left half of the screen, put a media player on the right. mpv in my case.
Visit https://www.youtube.com/user/JPLnews/featured and click the right forward button under 'Uploads' once. Drag the first link from the left to the right.
You should see that the ghost image of the link and its description is floating 20cm to the right of the cursor.
Actual results:
The ghost image of the dragged link appeared to the right of where it should be.
I've confirmed this with 73.0b11 dev edition.
This bug has been around for some time. I had the same occurrence when using Cinnamon (X11) and on sway (wayland).
Expected results:
When the forward button is not clicked, the ghost image appears under the cursor.

The cursor is not visible in the screenshot. It points towards the three dots of the dragged video.

The image is visible, but displaced. Unlike in the bug you mentioned.
