Steps to reproduce:

So, I was at my firefox home page and I noticed that while using a dark theme on the browser if you either press he home or the refresh button the background becomes white for a moment which doesn't seem good first of all and if you are browsing in a dark environment the flash is really annoying. This doesn't seem to be the case with other browsers such as Chrome.

Actual results:

The result is a white color flash which is not at all what you would expect. It's also the same in the beta and nightly builds.

Expected results:

The background color should remain the same, that is dark grey in my perspective and shouldn't flash white when clicking the home or refresh button.
