Steps to reproduce:

Set Enhanced Tracking Protection to Strict.
Go to ZDNet.com. Video is blocked.
Only option is to turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection for that site, which exposes that site to ALL trackers.
BUT site works properly when set to Standard setting.

Actual results:

Can only apply Global setting for Enhanced Tracking Protection to Strict or turn it off for a site. No per site setting available.

Expected results:

Provide a way to adjust settings per site, so for example, all Global setting to be Strict but allow setting to be set to Standard (or Custom) just for that site.
