Details
(Keywords: hang)
Seen with nightly build 2002080614:
Trying to set the browser as system default browser halts mozilla completely. If
you answer the question at startup to set mozilla as default browser with "No",
mozilla acts as usual.
System: Win2k SP3
AMD Thunderbird 900
256 MB RAM

The same thing happens, when mozilla mail asks, if it should be set as default.
In this case, mozilla halts too, but other than the default-setting for the
browser, the default setting for the mail-app is beeing set in the system, so it
doesn't ask for it next time.
