bookmark export in bookmark manager doesn't work

Details
Using version 1.1b I can't export bookmarks using the bookmark export function
under the menu tools in bookmark manager. This problem is reproducable.

Sorry I forgot - Actually the file dialog box pops ups and filename is preset to
"bookmarks.html". If I confirm that with "OK" I expect the file to be written at
the selected folder. But the file never appears, i.e. doesn't get written to
that location.
