The correct file is probably:
https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/python/mozbuild/mozbuild/code-analysis/mach_commands.py

Since I am the first, I started following many documents and revisions.
Please understand that this is the first time, so it can be troublesome.

However, I can access https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/code-quality/coding-style/format_cpp_code_with_clang-format.html.

[#1559740] (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1559740) I understand it as a modification of related documents during code separation with code-analysis of python mozbuild/mach tool at the ticket. Is that right?

If not, a little more explanation seems to be needed.
