Steps to reproduce:

i enable Restore previous session with a lot of tab open (around 60 tabs). and i config firefox with some options like
browser.sessionstore.restore_tabs_lazily = false
browser.sessionstore.restore_on_demand = false

i not sure is this becuase upgrade process or not. so i send some of my sessionstore-backups and hope it help you find a problem

Actual results:

i notice that sometime when i open firefox my tabs will become about:blank and i can not restore that tabs (it can not refresh, no urls and can't click back on browser)

Expected results:

it should restore all of my tab correctly

you can see in my attachment that url "https://oni-assistant.com/tools/rocketcalculator" was in "upgrade.jsonlz4-20200208214608" but in other file it go to "about:blank"

actually i found this issue 2 or 3 times in Firefox 74 Nightly, so it may be not relate to major version upgrade.

i think i found the problem i think it not issue from session restore.

but tab data lost when computer has high memory usage and memory left is too low (or may be firefox use too much memory)
firefox will slow down and i notice when i click some tab it will reload and some tab in background may automatic reload.
and for some reason tab load failed (mat be becuase no memory fot it) and then url from that tab become "about:blank"

This sounds like bug 1608697 actually.
