Right now, mozilla 1.0 on linux (tried on multiple machines, multiple builds) returns total garbage for the web page of The Times of India (http://www.timesofindia.com). The page renders fine on konqueror and opera (and, I assume, on MSIE too). In fact it even renders meaningfully on lynx. So I assume it's a mozilla bug. It's something recent, it used to render OK on the same build of mozilla.
