Details
Goal here is to have Fenix available in bouncer so that we could potentially redirect from the official Mozilla downloads page.
This includes but may not be limited to:
- add support in taskgraph for bouncer jobs - AFAIK, we don't yet have that since we never touched bouncer for any of the mobile/github projects. Not sure how much work that entails.
- tweak https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/ taskgraph to encompass the bouncer jobs as part of the release process
- ensure we make these changes in Nazgul as well to be forward compatible
- define a bouncer deployment for the mobile world

I don't think we need this anymore and instead just need to point to the Google Play Store app url from mozilla.org
