update.fix_permissions_attempted is currently set to expire in 76. I was slow in putting together the analysis for this, but the numbers are high enough on release that we still need to understand this better. I will probably request some additional telemetry to understand the errors leading to the attempt, for now we should keep collecting the current probe for a few more versions.
