Steps to reproduce:
We need to print invoices from an extranet and we would like to have quick way to disable the header and footer for a single printing job when in "Print Preview" .

Thanks for taking the time to add this issue. This sounds like an enhancement, I will set a component to have a starting point for this.

Fixed by the new tab-modal print UI (there's a checkbox under the expandable "More settings" area).
