The WNPanel message requires access to the default search engine name. We need to expose this value.

I have verified that the default engine name is successfully displayed in the "WHATS_NEW_AWESOMEBAR_74" message from the WNPanel.
I have verified the following also:
- if the default engine is changed, the name from the message is changed accordingly;
- the related telemetry pings are displayed in the "Browser Console".
Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly (75.0a1 Build ID - 20200216210001) installed on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.15.2, and Ubuntu 18.04 x64.
