Steps to reproduce:
Since upgrade to Firefox 73, I got from time to time, on many sites, this error page:
Secure Connection Failed
Error code: SSL_ERROR_INTERNAL_ERROR_ALERT

Do you have any PKCS#11 modules loaded? (look in about:preferences -> search for "security devices" -> click "Security Devices")

No, 2 modules, both by Mozilla, not loaded.
Not sure if it's related, but since about an update to 73.0.1, this issue looks like vanished...
