Environment:
Browser / Version: Firefox Preview Nightly 200216 (🦎: 75.0a1-20200214100511), Firefox Focus 8.0.25 (🦎 71.0a1-20200108003105)
Operating System: Huawei P20 Lite (Android 8.0.0) - 1080 x 2280 pixels, 19:9 ratio (~432 ppi density)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate https://www.intelius.com
2. Scroll down the page to "Subscription" form.
3. Type on the name and email address.
4. Tap "Sign Up" and observe behavior.

Expected Behavior:
Subscription is not performed and a notification message is displayed.

Actual Behavior:
Nothing happens. Subscription is not performed.

Note:

1. Not reproducible on Firefox Preview Nightly with ETP Standard.
2. Also reproducible https://www.intelius.com/buy/premier form

I was just able to sign up and log in fine on intelius.com on the current Firefox nightly with strict blocking on. I also see the form working on the premier page for both credit cards and Paypal, though I didn't actually want to sign up so I didn't do a full test. If that's still broken, please let us know, but the basic issue here seems to be fixed.
