Steps to reproduce:

Open a firefox window, pin some tabs.
Detach a new tab.
Close both windows.

Actual results:

Pinned tabs disapperead.

Expected results:

Pinned tabs should still be present (as per definition of pinned tabs).

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
