Details
Bug 1609081 enabled server side search across all the filters from Alerts view.
We've basically emulated all these filters as they worked on the client side, with one slight exception.
More exactly, the input filter isn't able to filter by options.
There's technical dept that doesn't allow us to emulate that properly on the server side. This technical dept will be better described in a separate bug.
