Details
The entire implementation of server side search landed in bug 1609081.
Still, that PR doesn't have any kind of coverage for this mechanic.
In this ticket, we need to provide coverage for the backend part of that PR. Basically, for the definition of the new PerformanceAlertSummaryFilter.

After a discussion with Ionut, this bug is still necessary (but not urgent) and we should keep it open.
