The. 'Collapse' button/switch to group successful tasks behind '+X' doesn't work if tasks are loaded in expanded state.

E.g. open https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=autoland&searchStr=792d240679624ae09951eb9ddfe4af30c5ccf3d0&fromchange=d78fe33901aadc6a805dac7a0d005a5b677947a5&tochange=cd53a0220c505f3dafd54b51071e4a2fe24c25a1&group_state=expanded

Then click onto "(-)" in the third toolbar. It changes to "(+)" but nothing happens. Now reload the page and see the successful tasks grouped together, e.g. as "+9".
