1 successful task shouldn't be treated as group in collapsed state but as task to keep chronological task ordering (indistinguishable from expanded state).

The collapsed mode of Treeherder lists successful tasks as "+<count>". If it is only one task, its symbol is shown. Furthermore, the collapsed mode lists failed tasks firsts. If there is one failed instance and a successful instance of the same task config, the failed one is always listed first. In expanded mode, they are order chronologically which is confusing because one doesn't check in general if open is in collapsed or expanded mode.
