The missing boxes will appear after switching tabs or doing something else painty.

I see this on multiple Windows systems running 4K with scaling set to 100%

I've also just reproduced on 2560x1440 with the document zoomed to 50% at 125% OS scaling and on Mac at 30% zoom

Attachment: Bug 1616657 - Add a workaround for too many segments being generated.

If only a single segment is produced, there is no benefit to writing
a segment instance array. Instead, just use the main primitive rect
written into the GPU cache.
