User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:73.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/73.0
Steps to reproduce:
The issue isn't consistent. Sometimes it appears and sometimes it doesn't. I have seen it both with, and without scaling set >100% for the right monitor. And also with the window maximized and with an unmaximized firefox window close to the right screen edge.
Run firefox on gnome with wayland. Setup two monitors. The right monitor is HiDPI with scaling set to 150%. The left monitor is 100% scaling (not HiDPI). Open firefox on the left monitor. Open a bunch of tabs so the tabs bar is full. Then right lick on the last tab and hover over "Move tab" or any of the other options with pop-outs.
Actual results:
The pop-out context menu doesn't appear.
Expected results:
The context menu pop-out should have appeared on the right monitor.
