Looking good mostly - Font sizes looked a bit small, I think 17 will work better. I updates the spec with that in mind. The max-width of the condensed signup component should be 245px. as well, but that wasn't documented very well in the spec so added in now.

I have verified, using the steps from comment 4, that the "Newsletter Signup Snippet" component is successfully displayed on the new tab page between the first and the second row of the "Recommended by Pocket" section.

Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly (77.0a1 Build ID - 20200430082621) installed on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.15.4, and Ubuntu 18.04 x64.
