User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:73.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/73.0

Steps to reproduce:

Changed text and background colors. Selected yellow and dark red.
Unchecked use system colors and selected always to Override the colors.

Actual results:

Most site headers don't change to dark red as always before.

Expected results:

Site colors change to dark red (the color I selected).

Please, I think it should be an easy fix.
Since I'm visually impaired I have to rely on your precious work and it has a profound impact on my life as well as many other's.
Thank you very much in advance!

If you'd like to revert to the old behaviour, you can do so by navigating to "about:config" and searching for "permitBackplate". If you double click on "true" it should change to "false", and background images will stop appearing :)
