I'm currently about 3 months behind on looking at CA updates to root inclusion bugs, so it will be a while before I look into this request.

Apparently the account for the reporter of this request has been disabled for some reason. Still, I believe this request should be closed on or after 7-Aug-2020 unless the Applicant can begin to provide evidence that its CA is capable of meeting all of Mozilla's requirements for publicly trusted CAs. First and foremost among requirements would be an auditor's statement of witnessing the creation of the Root CA and that the ceremony was conducted in accordance with all applicable requirements. I will attempt to follow up with a direct email to the email address previously provided.
