Steps how to reproduce with installation of unofficial (by wg9s) De SeaMonkey 2.53.2 beta 1 pre Mozilla/5.0 (NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0 Build 20200222130008 (Default Classic Theme, newly created User Profile) on German WIN7 64bit:
- Launch SM
- Switch to newly created User Profile ('Extras -> Switch Profile ...')
- Into URL bar paste https://www.duden.de/rechtschreibung/Recyclinghof --> [Enter]
» Expected: Page opens
» Actual: Error Message: "Script Busy, does not respond", and significant CPU load. 😥
Additional Info
a) Not a new problem, already reproducible with 2.49.4
b) Same Problem with SM 2.49.1 on WIN10

Looks like garbage code which calls an observer method over and over. Edge Chromium works but prints warnings in the log.
Didn't find a particular bug which might fix it. same in 2.57. Does Fx 66, 67 or 68 fix it?
