+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1605700 +++

Every Sunday at 12:00(pm) UTC, Bugzilla sends an email with the subject 'Security Bugs Report for YYYY-MM-DD' to the security group. There is also a 'Security Bugs Report (moderate & low) for YYYY-MM-DD'.

Today, only the moderate & low one got delivered to the security group. The one for security bugs with critical and high rating is missing.

Interesting is that this the opposite of what was happening with bug 1605700 sigh.

:dkl - how viable would it be to split the two reports in to a parameter passed to the script vs. the "do it all with one call" approach we're doing now?
