:decoder, in case you were using the --ion-regalloc=stupid option, can you remove it from fuzzing, please? I doubt it was used in fuzzing, otherwise there'd probably be plenty of bugs with this option set...

This was always set to false after the StupidAllocator has been removed, so we
could replace it at uses.
