Steps to reproduce:

This is in response to the blog post "Help the Graphics team track down an interesting WebRender bug". I've come across something very similar that's reproducible on my end. I'm not very familiar with Firefox internals, but I might as well report this in the hopes it's not completely irrelevant.

I'm on Windows 8.1 with a fresh install of Nightly (75.0a1 (2020-02-24), 64-Bit).

1. visit https://drawception.com/game/aKSXZyYhhr/japanese-pupper-in-a-boat/ (this is where I randomly stumbled across this).
2. scroll down to panel 8.

This reprocudes the issue on my end consistently. It also happens after refreshing the page, but not if you refresh when the panel is in view, or if you switch to another tab and back after refreshing. It seems independent of viewport size, and happens if and only if gfx.webrender.all is enabled.

Actual results:

The text "Garfield stranded on iceblock finds fire" does not appear in full; instead, the last one or two lines are invisible. They become visible when the panel is moused over.

Expected results:

All the words are visible right away.

I wasn't able to reproduce this but I suspect this is a duplicate of bug 1617426. I have a fix that you should be able to try soon.
