Bug 1563335 implements a mechanism that allows shared memory application to effectively run on a single thread. We should consider using that when IsResistFingerprintingEnabled is enabled.
An alternative is that we disable shared memory altogether (by fiddling with CrossOriginIsolated), but that seems strictly less compatible.
