BrowsingContext::Location should really be BrowsingContext::GetLocation.
It looks like I missed this in bug 1353867.
We should probably either fix the ErrorResult use here or refactor so we pass more information to makeNativeName or something.
We should take a look once I fix bug 1618011, which will rearrange some of this code.
