User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:73.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/73.0
Steps to reproduce:
After updating to Thunderbird 68.5.0 on Arch Linux, my Calendars stopped working.
As you can see in the screenshots, various texts are missing in the UI (like "Today", "Tomorrow" etc.) and the list of my calendars (all local calendars) is completely empty. Even though the list itself is empty, it still seems to load them and I can display some of them.
Apparently, after I fully removed and reinstalled the addon, it worked for a while. However, it broke itself again. I'm noticing that sometimes, it does show some of the entires in the week view (not part of the screenshots TB1 to TB3), but their colors are missing and they are transparent. The side-bar thing (TB1.png) is broken again.
Seems to have been fixed in 68.6. It now displays correctly again on my machine.

teccie, does this problem still persist or has it been sorted out?
Hello Martin, it is in fact still not working. I just checked on version 68.12.0.

teccie, for further diagnostics it would be helpful to get the content of the error console (in the menu "Tools" -> "Developer Tools" -> "Error Console"). Feel free to redact any personal information from the error console output.

teccie, you may be able to work around the problem by choosing another filter than "Events in current view" for the "Find events" panel above the calendar view (and restart Thunderbird). This is could be a duplicate of bug 1596919.
